Yoga in Depth/In the Flow of Yoga

In  Yin Yoga in Depth we stretch, compress and twist our bodies.
We hold the poses long, finding the right depth and remain still. Through the practice of Yin Yoga we obtain optimum physical health, reduce stress in our lives, deepen our meditation. We become more present, happy and healthy in our daily life.

In the Flow of Yoga we open the body through physical practice, healing sound, chakra breathing and guided meditations. Allowing a healthy flow of energy for staying balanced, maintaining good health and deepening  awareness.

Love & Consciousness

What prevents me from being in the Heart and being really true to myself?
How can I balance intimacy and aloness, how can I let go of the fear of rejection?

In this workshop we will explore how to turn our true heart energy towards ourselves, how to balance intimacy and aloness in close relationships respecting our boundaries.
We will look at our masks and protections and how that prevents us from being intimate with oneself and others.
We will use healing exercises, guided visualizations/ relaxation, chakra work, body awareness techniques.
We welcome the awareness any time we are present, using Osho meditation techniques.

Yoga and Meditation

The workshop will include Yin and Yang Yoga:
We start with an gentle active flow of yoga postures (“asanas”) and breath exercises (“pranayama”). We strengthen and stretch the muscles, release tension and open the chakras. Through awareness techniques we stay connected with our own unique body and support it rather than fight it! We will regain our vitality and open our “prana” (life energy) to flow freely. We will continue with Yin Yoga. In Yin yoga we stay for a long time in the poses. We will find the right depth and will become still. Here we allow the muscles to relax and regain their flexibility. We will restore the flexibility in the connective tissues, ligaments and joints as well as the muscles. Yin Yoga helps us to go deep inside, which enables us to explore and watch the physical sensations, emotions and mind patterns. It is an easy and natural doorway to enter into meditation.

Meditation:
While practicing Osho meditations in both the Yin and the Yang part we will experience relaxation, we learn to observe whatsoever is going on without judging. A sense of joy arises.
